US Reimbursement and Policy Strategist - Remote
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in health economics and reimbursement within the medical device industry, trade associations, government Agencies, consulting firms, and/or providers
- Experience analyzing federal healthcare regulations, including Medicare reimbursement policy processes through annual rulemaking
- Strong understanding of coding, coverage, and payment methodologies in the US, including hospital inpatient, hospital outpatient, ambulatory surgery center and physician reimbursement
- Strong working knowledge and skill with all MS Office-based applications
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, both virtually and in person
- Ability to travel 25%
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Health Economics, Health Policy, Business Management, Nursing, or a related business/ clinical discipline
- Understanding of vascular, cardiology, and general surgery coding nomenclature
