Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT business analysis or a similar role, working with business functions on 2 or more critical applications (e.g.: ERP, CRM, MES, QMS)
  • Experience developing comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Use Case specifications, serving as a foundation for system design and development
  • Experience conducting feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for new technology initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations to support investment decisions
  • Expert in facilitating workshops and interviews with end-users and functional leads to capture current-state process workflows and define future-state processes that align with system capabilities
  • Supported testing and implementation phases by validating business requirements, assisting with UAT, and ensuring technology solutions met operational and business needs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate and present technical information to non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to proactively engage business stakeholders, identify, clarify, and shape demand for new IT solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and technology capabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ability to travel 5%

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA)
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g.: GxP, 21CFR, ISO)
  • Experience using process modeling tools (e.g.: Visio, BPMN, Lucidchart)
  • Experience applying lean tools (e.g.: Value Steam Mapping, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis) to identify wastes and propose technology-enabled process improvements
  • Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology
