About the Role:  We are looking for an SAP Test Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP Test Automation Software.  In addition to managing the overall Test Automation Infrastructure, establishing a governance and standard process to ensure testing assets are kept up to date in alignment with application changes introduced by project teams.

 

This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland or a facility in Flagstaff or Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

 

Pay and Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Establish the foundational infrastructure to support SAP Testing Automation toolset
  • Create and maintain overall governance processes that align to the Application Lifecycle Management methodology
  • Create an intake process that will give clear prioritization guidelines
  • Engage with project teams to ensure enough time is allowed in plans to script and execute test automation
  • Ensure license compliance and vendor relations
 

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a test engineering role responsible for authoring automated tests scripts
  • Prior experience working in a GxP manufacturing environment (e.g., validated, regulated, qualified)
  • Working experience with Application Lifecycle Management and different deployment methodologies i.e. Waterfall and/or Aglie
  • Strong background in testing methodology and automated testing tools
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and reprioritize work
  • Flexibility to adapt to quickly changing priorities and re-adjust work accordingly
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to self-direct to resolve issues and remove roadblock
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate and translate technical concepts in a business framework that is easily understood by non-technical people
  • Ability to travel 5%, if applicable 

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SAP Solution Manager 7.2
  • Experience working with Tricentis
