About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Representative (f/m/d) to join our team. In this role, you will service our customers belonging to our PharmBIO business.

 

This position will be located at our facility in Putzbrunn near Munich, Bavaria, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.

 

 
Responsibilities: 
  • Demonstrate Excellent Customer Service and improving customer experience
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Create and provide quotations to customers based on account classification and service level agreements
  • Responsible for verifying orders entered meet with contractual demands
  • Manage orders effectively & timely in compliance with PharmBIO processes
  • Manage requests for credit notes, returns and billing adjustments
  • Complaint management in accordance with our quality process and providing resolution to customers
  • Actively partner with account/business teams (Field Sales, Product Specialists, Supply Chain, Quality, etc.) to exceed customer expectations
  • Database maintenance

 

 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service
  • Completed Commercial Apprenticeship or bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferable but not compulsory
  • Good technical understanding and experience in working for medtech regulated industry is a plus
  • Independent, customer-focused way of working with a detail-oriented approach
  • Exhibits professional behavior and contributes to a healthy team environment
  • Excellent communication and organization skills both verbally and written
  • Strong work ethics and embracing change
  • Very good command of German and English language, additional (Italian) language capabilities are considered a plus
  • Strong system and process skills with focus on continuous improvement, familiar with CMR and ERP system environment and good knowledge in MS Office applications
