Regional Provider Analyst (f/m/d)
About the Role: We are looking for a Regional Provider Analyst (f/m/d) to join our team at our sales
office in Barcelona. In this role you will be responsible to develop general sales and price analysis capability for the Provider Selling Team using state of the art reporting and analysis tools, allowing to take data-driven decisions.
This position will be located at our facility in Barcelona, Spain, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.
- Provide direct analytics support to the regional Provider Sales Team using state of the art reporting and analysis tools, including collaboration with key cross functional stakeholders for the region (Product Specialists, Provider Marketers, Business Leaders, Sales Operations, Sales Support, and Customer Service) to support business needs
- Provide sales, pricing and opportunity analytics to support the regional Provider Sales Team for customer reviews and contract negotiations while facilitating hands-on management of data structures including absolute assurance of data integrity
- Collaborate with the regional Provider Sales Team to provide pricing scenarios and agreement programs in line with divisional and regional pricing strategies as well as sales growth and/or profitability goals, taking care to ensure they have the key information required to successfully manage and support the relationship with their customers
- Collaborate across the regional analytics team (both sales and marketing analytics as required) to ensure key provider account data is centrally available, maintaining data integrity, using advanced visualization tools to analyze provider and GPO information to identify sales and profit improvement opportunities
- Provide pricing agreement analyses to determine the overall effectiveness of the pricing and program strategies used within key agreements
- Define and maintaining processes that will identify and address when account pricing falls outside of the defined and approved pricing strategy
- Participate on cross-functional teams to facilitate an enhanced understanding of available data, analyses, and systems
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Math/Statistics, Economics, Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years of total analytics work experience
- Experience with business intelligence and dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QlikView, etc.)
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel and analyzing large datasets
- Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong business acumen, good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to Travel up to 15%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in business analytics consulting including experience in Sales Analytics, Provider Analytics and/or Pricing Analytics
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal)
- Highly motivated while demonstrating strong team focus
- Ability to solve unique business problems and report on metrics, work and communicate effectively with members of all levels of our organization, handle large amounts of transactional data and determine trends, work in a fast paced environment, ability to take on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to learn about Gore Medical product portfolio, with a basic understanding of the clinical use for products as well as related disease states
