Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business or Operations with a minimum of 3 years experience in supplier relationship management
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in purchasing
  • Experience with supplier relationship management establishing expectations, fairly addressing performance or quality issues, and holding others accountable
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively work cross functionally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to travel locally up to 10%

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the Automotive Business and IATF 16949 certification
  • Project management experience
  • Experience in SAP

 

This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3). The term "U.S. persons" includes resident aliens ("green-card" holders) as well as certain refugees, asylum-holders and residents qualifying for temporary residence under the terms of 8 USC §1255a.

 

This role requires ongoing access to U.S. hospitals and compliance with facility-specific access policies (which may include a requirement to provide proof that you are fully vaccinated with one of the COVID-19 vaccines), vendor credentialing requirements including drug screening, background checks, immunization and training.
