Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of recent experience in performance marketing with in-depth understanding bottom of funnel activities directly contributing to yearly revenue goals
- Demonstrated experience in Ecommerce and/or DTC Strategic Planning
- Proven experience with managing agencies to successfully create digital marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and/or other paid media platforms
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Klaviyo and/or Big Commerce dashboards
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration and influencing across the organization to achieve business growth
- Proven ability to use attribution models, conversion tracking, and audience segmentation to increase sales
- Ability to travel 10%
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in music industry or consumer goods a plus
- Passion for music and/or familiarity with the music industry is a plus
