Packaging & Compliance Manager
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in global packaging execution
- Experience in global standards, regulations and/or quality as related to Apparel, Accessories, Footwear and Packaging is a plus
- Knowledge of PLM systems and data management
- Effective project management skills and experience, including ability to lead cross-functional teammates with articulated strategy, goals and initiatives with the ability to influence key stakeholders & resources
- Deep attention to detail in planning, organizing and communicating both internally and externally that result in highly positive relationships
- Strong computer skills with intermediate level in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and necessary systems needed
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster business relationships with cross functional teams, and internal and external partners
- Ability to travel up to 5%
Desired Qualifications:
- Knowledge of regulatory and voluntary RSL product requirements (OEKO-TEX®, BLUESIGN®, 3rd party testing OEKO-TEX®, PROP65)
- Experience working with various levels of suppliers from the local and international market
