NPD Engineer

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor or advanced degree in Polymer, Chemical or Material Chemistry with a minimum of 3 years Chemical related industry working experience, chemical coating industry is a plus.
• Experience developing new processes to support product development
• Excellent communication and technical writing skills, including in English
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project teams, strong project management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Demonstrated ability to design experiments, statistically analyze the results and provide data supported decisions
• Self-motivated and directed with the ability to prioritize multiple projects on aggressive timelines
• Hands-on working style with the desire and ability to work in the lab
• Ability to travel up to 5%

Desired Qualifications: 

• With Polymer, Chemical master’s degree or related education background is preferred
  
• Minimum 2 years working experience in mobile electronic industry
