Automotive Quality Assurance Engineer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics, Material, Quality Engineering, or other technical discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Quality/Engineering or Customer Assurance role
- Demonstrated experiences to manage internal and external customer expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
- Team oriented and responsive
- Ability to work in high pressure environment and handle demanding customer requests
- Demonstrated experiences of applying problem-solving and quality improvement tools and techniques including 8D report, cause-and-effect diagram and Pareto chart and understanding of others.
- Proven ability to build a strong collaborative working relationship with a broad range of associates (ex. Manufacturing, Technical, Product Specialists, Application engineer etc.) and customer
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Desired Qualifications:
- Experienced working with the IATF16949 standard in automotive industry
- IATF16949 and VDA6.3 internal auditor
