Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in a technical or applications engineer role
- Familiarity with elements of RF/Microwave technology and microwave cable assembly specifications
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with internal and external customers
- Proven results focus, taking initiative, driving change, getting things done
- Self-directed and self-motivated to work at a demanding environment
- Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of prioritizing and problem solving as well as demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to travel up to 50% (mainly within US) and leverage virtual teaming
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience working with RF cabling, connectors, or systems in the Aerospace and Defense Industry
- Established network and involvement in Aerospace and Defense RF cabling communities with familiarity of requirements for key OEM's
- Proven track record in project management and product commercialization
This position requires access to export-controlled areas and information. Candidates must be "U.S. persons" as that term is defined in 8 USC §1324b(a)(3).
